3. Pricing & Payment Terms
Service Packages
- Starter: $1,997/month + $1,497 setup fee
- Growth: $3,497/month + $2,497 setup fee
- Enterprise: $5,997/month + $4,997 setup fee
4. Refund & Guarantee Policy
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all service packages. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 90 days, we will refund your monthly subscription fees paid during that period.
Refund Coverage:
- ✅ Monthly subscription fees paid during first 90 days
- ❌ Setup fees are NON-REFUNDABLE (covers custom configuration work)
- ❌ Third-party costs (Twilio, SendGrid) are non-refundable
5. Data & Privacy
Zero PHI Model: We do NOT collect, store, or process patient names, medical records, or Protected Health Information (PHI). We only handle appointment scheduling data provided by practices.
